Our Purpose
The Rural Health Transformation (RHT) Program, led by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), focuses on improving care today and securing a healthier future for generations of rural Americans. Working side by side with states, AARH helps align the right partners and capabilities to strengthen rural health care at its core, so communities can deliver reliable care close to home.
